It was 1 and a halve week earlier then expected and the hats fit great. I was afraid they wouldn’t bc I have kinda a big head but they fit perfectly! Super soft and strings on the inside to make it tighter!

It’s okay, though firm on my head. I wanted the ability for it to be bigger so I could choose how to adjust it. The tracking was excellent and came at the time expected. I did not need to communicate with the store, but if you want, you can. I liked the feel of the hat, but since I haven’t gotten a fluffy hat before, I might not know the fluff level needed, I thought it would be more. I think I just like alot of fluff. All in all, it’s a good buy…
